I'm very puzzled about one thing; tatoos. I don't like people
with tatoos. There was once I was at C.C.K heading towards Buona
Vista for Train-spotting and this muscular teen boarded the MRT
(039-040). He has tatoo on his face with a 'playboy' logo tatoo on
the forehead, wild tatoos on both arms. I don't know why teens bear
them. Is it because it's cool or is it for pleasure or purpose for
it.
I'm talking about permanent tatoos here, not those
temporary ones that you wear on NDP. (Tempo Tatoos are fine with
me).
