Personally, I'd open doors, help pull their chairs out when they
are leaving the table and offer to carry their stuff as much as i
can.
This is nothing about equality or whatsoever. The reason why we
should do this is because
1. It is not easy to open a door in high heels. Besides, most girls
have frail and weak arms.
2. It is difficult to stand up at a table without looking clumsy or
tripping over their dress.
3. They have weak arms and legs, and i could use some endurance
training while shopping.
I think most guys who ever had a girlfriend would understand all
these and not cite reasons such as "oh, it's the new age!" or "Oh,
they are calling for equality and now this?!".
After all, men are generally the superior gender in terms of
physical strength, hence, it would be helpful to be a
gentlemen.
