i agree wif u a workplace is a place one should be professional
in their job. it is much prefer to communicate wif one another in
english.
but sometime most pple will prefer to communicate in mother tongue
becos they feel it is more human-touch, so it is the fact of human
nature.
the problem is it can form a plural societies when minority race
will feel left out becos of their burden to understand wat they r
speaking, thus express their unhappiness. i dun find anything wrong
wif it.
