got 2 kinds
one kind is by hourly pay ($5/hr) + commission (like 1%) or by
fixed amount per item u sell
like $20 per PC sold, $30 per laptop sold
another kind is oni by commission, but higher %age
for PCs and laptops, i think commission is 1.5% or 2%
not sure of the mkt rate now
