cameras on phones is considered an accessory, so it would not be
able to produce what is produced by a dedicated camera.
u can say it is a sort of gimmick.
but having said all that, technology is developing every hour and
this 'nano tech' thing may see us getting better cameras on
phones.
until the next batch of phones its a matter of personal taste.
