more often than last time. Go for it, uncle, take the monies, work
harder, at least monies is there, imagine with your current company
of annual increment of 3-5% yearly, it will take another 4 to 6
years to reach what the other is offering you now.
The labour market it tight, it an employees market now, if you have
the skill and knowledge, you are wanted. Bring that offer to your
current company and see what can they counter offer you.
