This is just as stupid as putting a giant pokemon model on top
of the roof of your car. He must be suffering from some
desillusional symptoms, keeps thinking, "Sh*t, why my fuel
consumption so high?! Oh no fuel prices rising... MUST DO
SOMETHING!!! *panicks*" And then he does this to his car.
Someone recommend to him the Chery QQ... he might have a peace of
mind with the 24km/litre
