Dear folks,

i'll just curious erm.. for those of you who have had "one night stand" with unknown partners or paid for commercial sex, erm did it ever occurred to you that after the short-lived orgasm and satisfaction thereafter do you feel fearful that u have contracted some STD or worse HIV?

Do u simply put it off by comforting yrself that u will not be so unlucky? or u actually go to the Doc 4 checks at the DSC clinic at kelantan lane after every sexual adventure u have?

i had a one night stand recently and sadly, i too have developed this fear of contracting god knows what kind of STD or worst HIV!. i know im really a bitch and in fact i deserve it for having this fear.. hai... now im contemplating whether i should go for HIV blood test.... The psychological fear and pressure is really too much ; the fear of losing everything overnight upon knowing if im +ve of hiv IS REALLY too much to bear. i havent got a boyfren yet, i have yet to crave my career, i have yet to go university...juzt that i have so much things undone.. and i feel so misery that im gonna lose all of that..!

can i hear from dudes or gals out there with plights similar to mine?

I feel tat... It is better to go for a check to put ur mind at ease than to worry every single dae of ur life...

But then i not too sure about tis, but HIV all tis, takes time to show up in the bld, 6mth, or 1 yr lik tat... Mayb u go long long, say 2yrs or wat, go for a bld test again... Neg, u r safe lah... THink won be so sway... But hard to say rite?

Maybe the best is to before u engage in any sexual intercouse, the best is tat... U use protection - condoms? At least it help to prevent alot of things...
