'Haunted' swing just keeps on rocking

I have seen a swing rocking for about 30 minutes after a child left it and I think it was the wind but 10 days straight is incredible.

Obviously resonance, such a simple physics principle, amazing how it it can evade those physicist.

The construction of the swing, which is similar to the model of pendulum, is such the the natural frequency of oscillation is similar to the periodic driving force, wind.

T = 2pi sqrt(length of swing/gravitational acceleration)

As a result, resonance is exhibited when the wind is at the right condition. From the video, you can hear the wind clearly. Also, videos have shown all 3 slide capable of this "haunted" phenomenon.

nar, it is just the kid nudging the beam of the swing.
notice that the whole structure is made from light weight material and rather small. if you time your nudging accordingly, physics will take care of the rest.

notice the third swing starts to move and swings and sort of gyrates again after being stop by the guy in the video

any scientific reasons pertaining to this?

i've watched the resonace effect demonstration (using pendulum) in another video.. a start off "pull and let go" on the left pendulum by the demonstrater (the right one starts moving), after sometimes the left starts to stop moving ; and the right one begins to move a lot.. and after sometimes right begins to stop, and left begin to move again
and i notice the stick use in the demonstration is swinging a little as well
and each of the experiment start off.. the demonstrator need to pull the pendulum to lead it to swing
