FireIce SG my very salty dinner at din tai fung xiao cai appetiser like that quite nice but i think can be nicer signature dish of DTF i think.... many ppl order pork and shrimp dumpling skin not nice.... a bit too thick and quite dry the liao inside marinated until too salty my zha jiang mian the mian not nice.... all clump together, not Q, and got some weird taste the jiang oso damn salty... not hot one.... diff from CJ one and comes w/o soup
