Kaopei is "make noise" as in complaining loudly, or
grumbling.
Usually the person complaining loudly is like talking to
self.
If you don't obey your mum, and she complains loudly blah blah
blah, at the same time sweeping the floor, blah blah blah. That's
kaopei.
"Ay, my mum kaopei liao, bye bye"
