mrcoconut SG buy motion control shoes. i have flat foot too, my trainer advised me to buy adistar motion control. since you are flat footed, running witht he wrong type of shoes would injure your knees easily.
ord personnel SG you're right. my knees are starting to act up with the shoes i am using now. i'll keep that in mind. thanks any running labs to recommend? where they test your stride and stuff so that they can recommend specific shoes?
