Advice on spinster aunt HDB flat!

Hi guys,

I've got a single aunt who lived by herself in a 4_rm HDB flat after the demise of my grandparents.
I don't think she's living any will in regards of the flat, and I'm thinking is it wrong to
get a share if we are her relatives, anyway the flat was mostly paid up by my grandfather, if there's no will before her death, then will the felt be returned to HDB?

upon her death if she has no will then they will be a probate hearing to determine who gets what…usually takes a year or so…
