udontknowme SG how do you study? high-lite stuff? read out loud? draw out mind maps? write notes in multi-colour pens? copy out the whole book? etc..... do you like to study with music? what types? what time do you study best? morning? afternoon? night? and what environment do you like to study in? noisy place with lots of people? on your bed? at school? any quiet place? etc........
^tamago^ SG i dunno, sit down and start writing away. i dun highlight, i re-write my textbook into compact notes in the way i can relate to or main points i can refer to. music ah. anything will do, as long as it's on my playlist. sometimes so engrossed also dunno what i am listening cos mind is not on it. daytime. with normal ambience noise and some human movement. too quiet and stale feels weird. food and drink shld be readily available, best to have air-con, which usually means fast-food restaurant. wifi used not to be available, but now that it is, it is harder to concentrate.
nanren4ever SG For me, i would study in the morning and late afternoon. I would write out impt stuff for each chapter, and then read them. I think it helps to write and then read what u write, finds that it helps me understand better. I usually go back to my school or Jurong East library 2 study. I cannot study in a grp because I am e easily distracted kind.
motoway SG i observe guys in my lecture theatre. And i tink sum of them are damn qiang lor! They can just listen to wad the lecturer is saying dun make notes dun do anything also can score good grades lo! Fwah!
Darkness_hacker99 SG TYS. TYS. TYS. Set papers. Ask teacher immediately if needed help. I like to study in peace. Noise environment like class rooms suits me. My maximum efficiency studying period is 12am to 5am. 7am to 12pm. I have a proper study table for me to study.
Lorry` SG last time i dont really study 1 so.... the only subject i like to study is maths i have to listen to eurodance (last time ma) to do maths, or any electronic dance music i study best at mid night, in my own room with no one around but the tv on (mute tho) i dont do mind map that kind of shyt only highlight with 1 color, no multi pen colors thats irritatin

Chionk arr SG for those theoritical subjects that have a lot of info, i usually will type chapter by chapter or according to topic compiling all d notes, textbook, extra research, own notes etc. keep updating whenever needed, when needed just print out last time used to write but a bit messy in d end if need to add info in, so Mwords do d trick for calculative, just do all d question whenever got time. a bit hard to start but after a while get to enjoy it can't stop
gLc SG my best study time is 11pm - 7am. Must have mp3 mindmaps, writting out short notes and impt points to take note of, of each topic.
cApitaland SG in a noisy lecture hall do the following. sit far frm de noise. if ur fren is makin de noise den sit away frm them bt not too far. repeat wat the lecturer say to urself to reinforce. focus and dun play computer games like mahjong. -.-"
metalcar SG see study wad lo.. study physics jus read can liao.. if i wan 2 memorise.. den i jus write it out lo... write on paper.. mus write as fast u read out the each and every word.. so end up scribbling.. lols but can memorise tings very very very very fast haha no music study anitime.. mus wait for the feeling environment ? i cannot study in quiet or noisy place.. so far neighbourhood coffee-shops are suitable for me.. i will try to avoid studyin on bed.. u noe y -.-
