What you have offended is parking offence not traffic offence,
so just pay and forget it, no point to be deduct, no suspension. It
got nothing to do with traffic ya.
If you do not pay as some drivers do, the fines will accumulate and
add interest on it, the day you wanted to leave Singapore at the
airport or checkpoints, they will ask you to pay your fine before
you are allowed to go out. One of my frens, who forget to pay one
of her $30 fine, and a years later, when she wanted to into
Malaysia, she was asked to pay $280. She can argue all the way she
likes, but still must paid ya.
My parking offence per month can go up to $300 at times, so no
problem, just pay ya.
