You can make a quote but make it smaller font. Like those on Megan Fox's (transformers chick) back. She has "And we will all laugh at gilded butterflies.. "...

I am 19 yrs old. In NS now. Will be going NUS in 2009. But im thinking of getting tattoo only when im 21. I read up on temporary tattoos and i realised they only last a few days. That wont have much impact on one’s life at all. Anyone else got anything to share? Any personal experience?

4getmenot SG

duh.. wat kind of impact are you expecting it will have on your life? make you look cool? or you want to feel cool?

genuine people who tattoo do it as an expression of art or to express themselves.... if you're doing it just for the sake of showing off.. i suggest you stick with the 'stickies'... Wink

I have tried only 3 shops. One at the heeren, the other one at bugis street second level, the other one at AMK.

Comparing all 3, all 3 are pretty professional and hace good hands, but bugis one superior...

Price, bugis one is like nto so ex also

then followed by AMK one, then orchard heeren one

Agenda SG

how much normally?

thinking of getting one on my back like randy orton

and probably a bracelet like on my biceps area

4getmenot SG

if you really want to do it, search on google for tattoo designs and ask the tattoist to 'alter it' so it will be unique..

the last thing you want is to be facing off with another person spotting a similar design of your tattoo.. Mr. Green

if u can;t find any, i'll send you a hundred tattoo designs in zip format and u can pick out which one suits your taste

Ashearo SG

BY impact, i mean NEGATIVE impact. Learn to read the tone, cant you figure it out? Tattoing a latin word that means truthfulness - how will that make you a showoff. It is obviously an expression.

popmynutsy SG

yes, there will be negative effect. people u dont know look at u, they think u are a useless ah beng. trust me, i know the feeling.

Ashearo SG

That means its not gonna look very good on a professional?.. like doctor.. lawyer.. accountant.. etc. I simply see tattoo as an art, and appreciate it.

Agenda SG

Had my tattoos done by the late Johny 2 thumb at bras basah just before enlistment and the colors have faded since then.Tattoos are expensive and its going to be with you for the rest of your life>So if you have to have one make sure it is a meaningful one.
