soild79 SG damn it... has been calling the hot line whole day and doesnt seem to get through with the customer service officer..... its time for them to improvement... they claim its 24 hrs service.... i guess i have to try it later in the nite....
soild79 SG until now i still can't get through it..... can't imagine this kind of lousy service from a bank..... too hot to get through ... i think its has melted.... :-( sigh... send email instead and see how long they reply me....
