=)) SG I feel that I type really slow, using 4 fingers from my left hand and only one 2 fingers from my left. i have friends who uses 4 from each side. How many do you guys use? I've tried typing using 4 from each side and it's really hard. Am thinking of signing up some courses to learn the correct/professional way of typing. Do you guys have any idea where i can find them?
shinta SG i use 4 on left side and 3 on right side…. little finger i dun use wan… but most of the time i use my index finger and thumb only for right hand…. sometimes use middle finger… my ring finger no use.. my left hand i use more….

ad3285 SG i think typically i use 8 fingers. 5 on the left and three on the right less my thumb and little finger. Hmmm. i think my seconardy school days got some computer programme that teaches u how to use a computer including correct placement of your fingers on the keyboard. Something like placing ur left hand 4 fingers on 'A' 'S' 'D' and 'F' then right hand 4 fingers on 'J' 'K' 'L' ';' and 2 thumbs on the spacebar. Then u can slowly visualise that the keyboard is divided into half. So left hand hit the left side right hand hit the right side lor. But most importantly, just be comfortable with any styles that suits you. Just go with ur normal habit of typing. Once you get use to it i think eventually u will get faster in typing. I remember last time got websites that tests how many words you can type within a minute. But that's like ages ago. ^^: If i find it i'll post it. (^^)
