Poor service by clinic staffs

I was at bedok north just now to see a doc. was rather piss off with the staffs there. first, the clinic opens at 8.30 am and the doc only arrive at 9.20am. Than the malay staff actually allow a elderly malay woman to jump Q. There was so many plp there and I have waited 4 more than 2 hrs and not even my turn and I heard them speaking in malay the older woman was complainting of the long wait .
I mean everyone was also waiting and waited 4 so long. its not as if she is the only 1 waiting or she is the only 1 sick.

so damm unfair.

This kind of poor service is almost everywhere in Singapore. I haven't meet one with good service ...

i encountered with such kind b4.
i saw afew of them who came in after me, get in first, but me bo bian, wait.
and the doctors were late for 30mins..
are they supposed to be late?

if i want see doctor i wll call and ask whether many ppl waiting or watsoever, if yes i will make appointment, and thy will call me.

by right they cannot be late, but in this kind of clinics they are the boss or partners who will go aft them if they late ?

want fast, go to high cost hospital lor... if you dare not voice up at that time so no point voicing out at all. Rolling Eyes

in hospital if you are seeing a specialist they will go by appt time, eg. ur appt time is 9am but u reach at 8.30am, than another patient appt time is 8.50am but arrive at 8.40am, they will see the patient that arrived at 8.40am first.

its ok for me if they allow someone who is very very sick go first, but that was not the case just now

Unless u are looking for a MC, or seriously ill then you hv to bear with it, if not try to adminster yourself with some common mild drugs from drugs store to relieve yourself from pain or fever, then in the afternoon, you can go see doc and tell him about what you have taken.

Self medication is good if you know how to administer it but have to be very careful... if you have the same illness all the time, I supposed quite safe to take the same medication, but not if it is something new or you are not sure of. . . . .

Going to high cost hospital does NOT g'teed you that you need not wait. $ is important , but can't buy you everything .
Its not that dare not voice out , just that I find it no point making a scene at the clinic where there are so many other sick patient waiting.
I'm just sharing my experience here that's all.

I have taken some medicine for the pass 2 days but not getting better and the fever was getting worst so no choice, took half day leave to see doc , than have to rush back to work...
