Icemoon…..why you need to find out which expressway has no
fixed/static speed camera? Say if a 14km long TPE has 1 or 2 static camera, motorists might only slow
down when approaching the camera(s), and speed once passing it.
However, mobile cameras can be anywhere along the expressway, when
you see it, its too late, your speed have already been record….So
drive safely, follow speed limit, don’t take chance…
