If you feel the service is bad, don't pay the 10% service
charge!
You can refuse to pay! Its your right! If they ask, you can just
say the service is poor and so, you refuse to pay!
My friend was in this situation before (dunno if its this
restaurant) and she refused to pay. So, they just deducted the 10%
service charge from the bill.
