what about goose legs in china? they are nice....In a wire
enclosed open area, there are fuming hot charcoals in the middle of
the circular concentration. A bunch of live goose are dumped into
this area where invariably, there'll run around due to the extreme
temperatures. Meanwhile, their feets are cooked and there'll be
removed from the goose even though they are alive...
