technoboy SG Recently, my family went to Thailand for a holiday trip. Just received the bills from Singtel and they charged my dad 53 minutes of international call which obviously he did not use. What's more, the other party's number was 1626, which is Singtel's customers' service hotline. Why would any of us call 1626 for 53 minutes in Thailand which amounted to more then $120? Called them just now and the customer service officer told us she can do nothing and asked us to call the billing department. But it'll only be opened on Monday. What to do if they insisted that we called? Just don't pay?
