Does the police always win during highway pursuit?

Icemoon SG

For those BMWs or Subarus waiting on the road shoulder to catch speeding vehicles, do they always catch the vehicle?

Because they need to accelerate from 0, so I thought if you drive fast enough, they can't catch you. Embarassed

rathcycle SG

You always lose cuz of the cameras and your license plate.

Icemoon SG

They are losers .. cannot catch you on highway send a summon to you.

finoq SG

i don't think so... Laughing

Icemoon SG

Why do they even want to chase in the first place?

High speed pursuits can cause accidents. We read of ambulances and police cars kenna accident even on normal roads.

tofushop193 SG

i agree that he will lose cause he need to pick up the speed…but then again they have paper, pen and a camera

drumstick SG

Unless you get a car that can go above 170mph. Laughing

Pitot SG

All they need is your licence plate. You can run. But letter still will come. Laughing

Its not easy to outrun the police on the highway. To accomplish that, you have to beat the volvos, BMWs and subarus. Those are the marked ones.

Even if you can outrun them, you need to own a pretty unique car in Singapore. And in Singapore, if u own a unique car, everyone knows who you are. Laughing

So, just stop and dont pose a danger to others.

Icemoon SG

what's the sentence for "engaging in a pursuit"?

only fine? then it is chin chye for those rich pple.

Pitot SG

If on the street, police ask u to stop, you run. Do you think u will get only a fine? Laughing

tomsss SG

If you manage to escape an persuit by the police, would you go around telling everyone “Hey I outran the TPs!!!” ? Same case, if the TPs lost a persuit, you think they’ll tell anyone? Unless ya an insider, you’ll never really know how often they caught up with speeders

acerchan2002 SG

police will always win de…once police on the alarm, all cars will give way..

monoslayer SG

resist arrest one more charge.. Rolling Eyes

gd4u SG

Assuming u are speeding way so fast on the expressway that the volvo, WRX, BMW can't catch ur ass.

All they need is a Collora, setup a road block infront of u ... Mr. Green
