Submissive
-inclined or willing to submit to orders or wishes of others or showing such inclination
- less controlling and is used to being cared and protected by the dominant partner.

So in a relationship, do you prefer to be the boss or the one who goes with the flow? Or do you play both roles, just to compromise and seek harmony?

like currently, the 1 making decision is on alternate days, for eg. me: tues thurs sat and sun. her: mon wed fri.

im the 1 who does the initiation about 70% of the time

For me + my gf, it depends on which area & what the circumstances are. While I play the lead most of the time & she's happy to just sit back, the roles are reversed in things that are within her "territory"....... Very Happy

True love should not be incline to any submissive or dominant. It pose an arguemental relationship if the above two characteristics is present and thus result in inequality. In democratic, we are all equal in regardless of the weaker or the stronger.

I might have to agree but this type of traits do exist in a relationship. One cannot be too strong than the other. The dominant needs to be less controlling and listen more to their partner. While the submissive ones need to be more confident in taking charge.

One can have a stronger character than the other, let take love for example, a man must show his status in a way of protecting and caring of his gf, his domain should be against other rather than on his gf. And as a girl, her duty is to take care and love bf, not be submissive to him. Therefore when it come to the problem, a girl must also show her strength in rejection then submissive, she must guide her bf to success and thereby a happy marriage life. Relationship should adopt an consultative approach, where discussion and share decision is decided thru mutual understanding before implementation. Being dominant or submissive lead to aggressiveness, complacancy resulting in yes and no answer only.
