noopi SG oh went to reply an email... hmm...i dun know where exactly is the place so cannot suggest properly need to be comprehensive taking into consideration of the whole environment dunno leh... western countries are more intersting their civic area's design sort of interact with the populace, very intersting like in the middle of rundle mall in adelaide which is the main shopping belt they have large walkways then the two sides are lined with shops and shopping centres then in the walkway got victorian styled fountain... pig bronze structures (cute cute ones, like one of them has its front paws on a bench...) then got buskers doing their gigs... got pigeons... that we can't replicate woohooo i kinda miss that place
