i hv a new colleague
he always very critical about our school
he always says at this this or that that school (where he taught
before... actually he didn't leave there on good terms... i dun wan
to cai chuan him only...)
they would have done this this this or that that that
eg. over there every director has a secretary...
you are a director you would have a personal secretary blah blah
blah...
i dunno how to deal with him leh....
so critical and negative
then work here for what?
go somewhere else lah right?
but at the same time i dun wan to make enemy...
how to deal with him ah?
