If you're educated, it shouldn't matter whether it is in English or Chinese, or in what ever language. You're educated.

You can be prejudiced against anyone who is different, in whatever language.

This "conflict" is usually about one wanting to put another down. It stems from non-acceptance of the other, and finding a reason to deride.

There is no conflict between the PRC nationals and the "English educated' people, only bigotry
