Nope. those are the manual type MC used by private clinics. Now Govt Hospital's MC are computer printed. So don't have this red S/N number.

The problem with the computer printed MC is usually the doctor or nurses never bother to check and change the laser printer toner and the printer is so low on toner that the printed MC is so light that you can hardly read it.

Seen it quite a few times.
