its so harmful, produces radioactive waste
y are there still such things? Neutral

Rolling Eyes

There is a way to clear up the radioactive waste.

It's only when the radioactive waste escapes, then it's a nightmare. Other than that, it's ok.

yiha093 SG

wad IF it escapes?

the danger dun lies in the radioactive waste

the danger lie in who is in control of nuclear

energy plants Twisted Evil

Nuclear power plants produce power way more efficiently. 1g of uranium can be used to provide as much energy as tonnes of coal. Its dangerous yes if the waste leaks out. Or if an explosion occurs. Used uranium can be coated onto bullets and used in war (like US did during desert storm i think) and its very harmful cos the radiation can cause cancer. Of course the refining process can produce weapon-grade uranium that can result in many more atomic and nuclear weapons. Thats why iran is under fire now.

You dont read newspapers do you? Everything is there.

speakupforyourrights SG

well unless the operator is homer simpsons, things are alright Very Happy

It may be the world main power supply someday because of it's high energy ^^

Who knows?

haha

Darkness_hacker99 SG

Laughing It IS already in most of the big countries.

Nuclear Power Plants are the best (most efficient) type of power plant in this world at the moment.

Unlike oil, coal power plants or rubbish incinerators which generates a lot of air pollution, nuclear power plants do not generate air pollution at all, thus it is actually much more environmentally-friendly.
