Today at the office I checked my emails. Then I open my SingNet
email and saw an email from the Graduation Office and the subject
title is Parchment Refund. My heart sank and within that split
second, my heart began to race quickly and pounded hard in my
chest. I thought oh oh, what has happened? So now they don't want
to give me my parchment already. Then I opened the email. And read
that they had actually charged the postage of my parchment to my
credit card TWICE. So they are asking me to fill in a refund form
so they will give me back my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Phew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a shock hahaha!!!!!!!!!!
