by that time, you can see people bribing the authorities when
they're stopped for any traffic offences, more traffic accidents
involving cars having other engines than its own, death toll may
rise further, cars w/o proper braking equipment, NA cars becoming
turbo overnight and many others....oh yes, no more yearly,
bi-annually or 3rd yr onwards (new car) inspection for cars
liaoz...
u can stay in msia and mod ur car till nobody's biz...pls dun come
to singapore n drive....thank you.
