only once, got one auntie in taka, my fren n i were just looking at
her product n talking among ourselves, she just came in and say
'yes, can i help?(in a rude tone).
then we say we were just looking only, then she says 'cannot, cos
its her products'. i was shocked, i wanted to complain but then, i
see her so old le, let her off.
i swear if it was a young gal, i'll make sure, she wont step into
taka n work again given their tip top customer service
culture.
another time was with a bank, i report lost of card, within hrs,
they send a courier service to my home, i was impressed. reli.
