One, if there are no uniforms, the rich kids will wear their branded attires to school and the neighbourhood kids will instantly feel the stratification in our society.

Two, if there are no uniforms, how would you know if someone is from the good schools and then how can you make snide remarks about them?

until poly or uni where students have the discretion to wear home clothes cux they are more mature enough. if pri sch or sec sch xdd xmm wannabes are allowed to wear home clothes, sch will be so chaotic, they will be all wearing nice nice clothes and girls putting makeup to sch to look good. even if schools lay down rules on wad type of home clothes allowed, it is still very difficult to control. Thus uniform should still be used.

students are already not abiding to proper school regulations in many schools, such as tucking out shirt ( im guilty ) some i saw even have piercings after school already.

I recalled news long time ago in USA some kids got killed for wearing branded clothing to school. That school has now adopted uniforms.

I agree with your last part. I think its impt to train that analytical thinking to be able to think of points to argue about as soon as one gets the exam qn.
