I was thinking of the possibility that the uncle bought from
some roadside stall that sells these tickets. Those tickets could
be fake. Thought of this because he said he cannot recall where
exactly did he bought it...
And why did he go to two outlets at two different parts of
Singapore? A bit funny leh...
Remember about the Singaporean who bought a supposely winning 4D
ticket in Bali from some Indon, who claim he cannot enter Singapore
to collect winnings due to immigration, and then the poor
Singaporean came back, tried to claim and then it was proved the
ticket was a fake.
Third point, why did he take so long to collect his $30? Small sum,
yes...but my dad will also collect <$10 of football winnings in
the next available day.
