No lah, whether you gather in crowd or not isn't the issue, the
issue is are you an opposition party, if yes what you do also need
permit and license lah, the PAP is out to screw...... erm.... you
just need permit lah, if you're opposition..... But to be honest,
nowadays, PAP better be careful lah, coz the opposition is no
longer just from the parties, it can be any people, blogger, or
youngster.
