Saw Civil defence vehicles and a crowd of people standing around
a cordoned off area near the lift...but couldn't figure out what
was going on....It happened around 10-11pm....
Anyone know for sure what happened?
I dun need assumptions, no matter how educated you might THINK the
assumption might be
