Wad past life regression... kaoz.
The human brain's learning capability is immense. Theoretically, if
our learning powers were well honed, we would be able to learn
languages by just recalling wad we have seen in movies in the past.
Eg, speak perfect Jap cos we watch anime b4...
Unfortunately, its not easy to harness the full capability of the
human brain due to the restrictions placed upon us by our
"consciousness."
I like the saying I saw at this particular gym. "The extra mile is
just between your ears."
