i think it changes right...
like, for guys maybe when they're in primary school, only the
primary school girls will look pretty to them, but as they grow
older, their perception changes...
i guess there's no age where girls will look the prettiest.. it all
depends on how you carry yourself, what kind of mind you have, etc
etc.. i believe a cheerful mind keeps one youthful and pretty
