Must be careful where you drill, make sure its not a beam or
something, buildings have fell because someone drilled the wrong
hole. 
Also,
certain areas of the flat is best left untouched, unless you don't
plan to sell it in future. Your buyer will point it out to you, and
ask for a big fat discount.
