I know the worry of TS.

First of all,I think most who read this thread more or less knows what pub and club are all about. People who got there either drink or smoke. What is the intention of most guys going there? I dare to say is to get a hot chicks and try to bed them..

As for ladies,some go there just for outing,some for the dancing environment,some wants to get some hunk...

Wouldn't u be worry that yr ger goes clubbing? Stepping into a place full of wolf? Trying to rub yr ass when dancing? Trying to take advantage of yr ger when she is drunk? Worst,spike yr ger drink when she is not aware?

Why u want to get yrself into a place full of danger?? Just like stepping into Malaysia,fully knowing the danger in there! She may have good intention of just going there for the music and dance. But does the wolf around her have the same mentality in pub?

Some people say leave it to fate! U go other places might also meet bad guy. But I ask u why u want to increase yr lvl of danger for yrself?? If u really don't agree. Then u go ride bike everyday and risk yr life. Wear a rolex watch and go JB everyweek since u think fate of yr life plays a more important part than the choices u take.

Can I say if u don't go JB and dont ride bike,will yr chances of getting killed gets lower?

Just like gals chance of getting take advanatge will gets lower if u don go clubbing???

then stay home locked in ur room. With food and water to last u at least 6 months in case of a nuclear fallout.

But then again , it may increase ur chances of death if a plane crashes into ur HDB , so u better sleep ground floor or underground. Safest is outside on the grass. Then again u may increase risks of being raped , robbed or killed. Not to mention denggi.

So u move to a country where its safe , but if u go by plane , mulfunctino of budget airlines is higher then normal airways so its dangerous. By Cruise u may hit rock bottom like titanic , by road is even more dangerous not to mention travelling over continents..

There are those u tell them sh|t stinks n they will heed n walk away. Some just wanna go smell it n then come and agree that it stinks, but its too late liaw.. u already put ur face to the sh|t on the ground. Some dont even have the chance n get thier face shoved into the sh|t.

Avoidence is one thing. To be prepared and know the risks involve and how to minimise and act or react appropriately.

If u dont even know how and yet wanna stay safe ? then stay home locked in ur room and pray a plane dont crash into your building.

I never say it will totally prevent! But someone did mention the risk factor is reduced. Which i think is critical. if u still get yrself in the losing end even u try yr best to avoid it. I will say u did yr part and nobody will blame u!

Imagine u tell people u go JB and get robbed. The first comment from other is u are stupid. If u get rob in spore. They will just say u are bad luck!

its everyone;s and anyone's choice if they wan to be within such a higher risk and take it.

now what comes into play are temptations. how well can you resist when the atmosphere is so right to get loose.

such stuff is like terrorist attacks. rape too. so the same goes for molestation and being taken advantage. males can be the target of assault and theft too.

if we minimize it, we have already occured some form of damage or loss. however, preparation and prevention is ideal. the best is definitely prevention of visiting such places.

the 2nd option is risk avoidance. e.g not messing with strangers, not going secluded spot. that would be the 2nd option.

thirdly in the event of such an occurence, mitigation is the final and last resort.

we never wan to mitigate any sudden events or emergency because they involve some form of loss. therefore, we try to eliminate them. if some people feel there is certainly a need to go, we seek the second option.

however, some people tend to see these as out of the question and therefore do not take such risks into consideration.

remember no option is right or wrong. its all up to an individual. it is not my right to condemn.

Opinion, Its depend on the situation.

If a flirty typeof girl going club to flirt and get drunk it is too TURN OFF.

A girl who go for clubbing to meet friends and to remove stress it is quite alrite^_^

If you are weak , u will fail and fall for the temptation. If u are strong willed and know your purpose there , you will not fall into those kind of temptations. Experiences will also help in knowing or understanding the situation and the kind of person u have contact with.

In the end its up to every single individual. They may be on a mission to score chicks so if they get b|tch slapped around by other ppl or used n abused by the girls , they themselves are to blame. Go casino , be prepared to lose the money u have.

As for the ladies , they should be well aware of the places and people they hang around with. The kind of clubs. There are the more proper clubs n there are the more dodgy clubs. Thier friends will play a major role and then again some girls/guys maybe too stubborn ,drunk or drugged up and refuse to heed the friends advice.

If u TOTALLY want to avoid ANY kind of negative affects or situations then dont go. Those that dont like watch crowds e.g guys/girls, alchohol and dancing to loud music and/or both wouldn't even consider going clubbing. So what u guys should be discussing should actually be about those that LIKE to go and how to avoid those things instead of talking about minimising and avoiding the clubs. Because those that like clubbing either likes girls/guys alchohol and loud music. That is what the purpose of a club is! That are the main factors to what attracts who to where.

I flippin have a club myself i know man. I have seen all kinds of situations go down. And alot of them are to blame themselves. Maybe management can step in n throw people out or have the Police standing right in the middle of the dance floor and the bar , but that aint gonna work. IF i see someone trying to drug the girl , we as management will step in. Staff will warn patrons or any wouldbe victims of drugged drinks. But i tell u one thing. Most drug cases happen within the group of friends.

U cannot save everyone. U can advice and warn.

Not girl that goes clubbing is like what u guys think. True they may be on missions , revealing clothes , socialise , expand circle..whatever sh|t. They go , they should know the risks.

Oh man..if you don't want to be ogled at, then what's the point of wearing revealing clothes? Might as well wear modestly, then there will definitely be no guys ogling at them..
