Find out what kind of flowers she likes, then buy her a bouquet of it. Dont need a huge huge bouquet. Just a ok size one can already. Ask florist to recommend. Most girls will like flowers, even though they are 'perishable' . I gave flowers to a girl i like before, but i never confessed. She loved the flowers anyway, and she dried them properly so she could keep them.

I think you should give her flowers first, then ask her out on a proper date after exams.

And I really dun hav much time le, after exam will soon come my NS. I already feel like telling her whenever i see her le( but now no sch le, only study break so cannot even see her Crying or Very sad ). I've quite a lot of chance to tell her on msn or by sms by i wanna do it face to face Embarassed
