if it comes to price and speed.. they offer abt the same..
afterall, i dont need the fastest speed offered by starhub. 5-6mbps
is okie already
in terms of billing, so far singnet is fine with me. quite clear
and no overcharging
i thk singnet/tel still offers the best cust support. they do call
me once a while to check back if i have comments.. and their promo
for loyal customer is better than starhub.
but another point to note, starhub have reward points.. singtel's
red rewards is limited to $100 per month for at least 3 mths. this
is 1 big con here.
