no.. its not a trend.. in fact, its a consipracy among the rex drivers to make the spoiler manufacturer out of business.. Laughing

It started when some place a carbon fibre boot and thus do not want to drill holes to mount the spoiler. Others monkey see monkey do….. thus it becomes a trend. For a moment of time, when you enter a carpark you will see at least 2-3 rex having the same outlook sometimes with the same colour. Now at least some are more creative than others.

Eh…. I tot theres a kit name call Cwest version. On rex, they dun put spoiler 1…. If they are without spoiler… lookout for the brake light casing…its not the usual stock type. I heard from somewhere the name of this version of spoiler-less design is call Cwest.

oi, its mostly that GC8 imprezas are quite rare on the streets nowadays (esp the rex), therefore ppl associate present-gen ones 2 be beng machines (since they're common choices 4 boy-racers)...

and dun underestimate GD rex leh, 225hp is enough to outrun most other cars on sg roads... Razz
