i said 2 hrs ago i dun haf this error from sgf one.. 15 mins ago this error started happening.. every 10 pages of sgforums i open, 1 page will kena this error but refresh can liao.. what's up huh?

i kinda hate the fact that sgf is hosted on an american server.. got one night totally cannot connect for 1 hour or so.. haiz..

Vigelic SG

I realised something. the page you see in your FF is fake. the URL is megaclicks.. means u have spyware or something is wrong with sgf itself..

venny SG

sometimes i also gotta refresh to get the page, including sgf. delete cache all these lor. maybe that ccleaner might help.

venny SG

ooo, jus noticed it too! the megaclick spyware! u tio spyware liao la.....
suggest u get that HijackThis program n post its results here.

I'm trying to recreate the problem but can't seem to get the error out. however, other errors are slowly appearing.. like fireice's avatar can't load on one thread for me la.. the whole page load other pple's avatar load only fireice de avatar is a red X.

then sgf getting laggier n loading slower..

oh regarding the other day when i cannot connect to sgf.. i tried other websites all ok.. local ones ok and fast.. youtube friendster etc. slow but still can connect.. only sgf cannot.. then i call isp ask how come i cant connect to sgforums.com they say they also can't connect to it, the sgf server is in america and might be down, try again in a few hours.

hiphop2009 SG

sgf server is in england....

venny SG

routing problems. reboot modem does help, sometimes, since it will give u a new dynamic ip.

Vigelic SG

wow really..? then they bluff me huh?

then my fren that night ask me try wad tracert to sgforums and give me one online site to see.. eh wait i give u the link..

Vigelic SG

ah this thing:
http://www.ipligence.com/geolocation/?lang=en

u key in sgforums.com then press enter, it will say that sgforums.com is in atlanta, georgia..

unless that's just where the domain is.. after that reroute to england..? o.0

then isp side leh? they bluff me ah.. or they just mean the connection is THRU america not at america o.0

i'm getting confused.. what am i talking abt..

venny SG

tracert mus do in dos. can try dl this free program. pingplotter. gives u a clearer picture of your internet connection.
