if it were an IED, everyone will be dead, including TS coz it
could've been rigged up to detonate/explode upon any
handling.
if one sees a suspicious package, do not move, touch, open
it, or watever. report it to SMRT or call 999 and trained
personnel with highly specialised equipment will deal with
it.
as the chinese saying goes, "bu pa yi wan, zhi pa wan yi".
and, the "ang moh" being scared crapless is understandable. they
are bombed frequently, either by terrorists, or people who just
want to "experiment" and with an axe to grind.
