Agreed. That's the common name for him by the male students from
the schools nearby. Morning before KFC opens, he'll be sitting at
Macs, then he'll shift to KFC when it opens.
He just keeps staring at male students, I have no idea for what,
but it's a sick and perverted look. My friend got targeted before
on the bus. He kept staring at him, then when my friend shifted
aside to hide behind a person, he moved around the standing area to
stare at him once more. So my fren just kept moving left and right
and he kept moving back and forth to have a better stare (bus is
empty). Comical
