Actually if he is an Indian' Indian ( not Singaporean Indian), he will know that one CANNOT find a fish head curry in India.

Yes people, thats right. Fish head curry is virtually non existent in restaurants in India. It was supposed to be a poor man's meal in India. Becoz the rich people usually have the more "meatier" part of the fish for their meals and often give the remainder of the head section to their maids/servants to cook and eat.

But somehow it was "brought" over to Singapore and it became a great dish here.. =)

You can try asking any Indian' Indian friend you have regarding this. He will say the same thing =)
