Ristar, it's interesting you say that about boys becoming
men.
When I look at SG guys, they have to be the weakest bunch of males
I have ever seen. Have you seen Korean guys after they have done
NS? They are strong tough guys.
But with SG guys, (the ones who did actual physical soldiering, and
not white collar jobs like clerical or standing on a boat), it's
like the moment they leave, they have instead muscle flabbersizers.
Have you ever seen a guy in his late 20's or older getup from lying
down position? It's a pitiful struggle. And unlike Westerners who
are often obese, they are still skinny.
And I still think girls should do NS.
The labour shortage will sort itself out in a year or two, and
there is always cheap labour from India, China or the
Philippines.
