if u don't want to see private psychiatrist
you can go to a polyclinic
tell them your problem
ask them to refer you to IMH (or other government hospital also
can, like NUH if you so choose)
they will give you a letter (aka make appointment lah)
then you can see your psyhiatrst
and at subsidised rate
